Preparing for the job
If you just arrived in Australia, Use public libraries to get right environment for preparation.
Make a plan (like I will read about SQL, Java, Unit Test). Read all the basics you studied during college.
Before Interview
Most probably you will know names of interviewers in well advance. Search them in LinkedIn profile. You will know their expertise. They will ask questions in their expertise, so be prepared
During Interview
Dress to impress. Be normal, You will get the job.
After Interview
Speak to your consultant. Retrospect on your mistakes and prepare for next.
